Mr. Hively manages the accounting, treasury and financial reporting functions of AMIP.
Mr. Hively has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance management within the financial services industry. His experience includes sixteen years at Countrywide Financial Corp., the last ten of which he was CFO of Countrywide’s Capital Markets group. In that capacity he oversaw the accounting and financial operations of a large fixed income broker-dealer, an originator of commercial mortgages, a broker of mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights, and a leading underwriter of mortgage and asset backed securities. Earlier in his career at Countrywide Mr. Hively was CFO of the company’s largest residential mortgage loan origination division. Mr. Hively began his career with the CPA firm Deloitte.
Mr. Hively holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
